
Ho Heve Chiefs paid a courtesy call on MCE
Traditional authorities from Ho Heve, led by Togbe Anikpi III, the esteemed Chief of the area, along with Sohefia Sefadzi Agama (Hon), the Assembly member for Bosontoe Electoral area, paid a courtesy call on the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ho, Hon. Divine R.K. Bosson, on Monday, 8th August 2023. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss relevant issues pertaining to the development of the Municipality, with a particular focus on the Heve enclave.
Togbe Anikpi III conveyed the concerns and aspirations of the community to the MCE, highlighting their desire for sustainable development and progress. The meeting allowed the traditional authorities to engage with the municipal leadership, fostering a spirit of collaboration and mutual understanding.
In response, Hon. Divine R.K Bosson expressed his appreciation for the visit and assured the delegation of the assembly’s unwavering commitment to the development and well-being of the Municipality, including the Heve enclave. He reaffirmed that the concerns raised by the community would be given due consideration and that the Municipality would receive its rightful share of resources and attention in national development programs.
The interaction between the traditional authorities and the MCE showcased the significance of involving local leaders in matters of governance and development. Such engagements promote effective decision-making and ensure that the voices of the people at the grassroots level are heard and considered.
